Overclocking PPro200 on ASUS P6NP5 Motherboard

by Ray » Thu, 26 Sep 1996 04:00:00

I have seen postings in other newsgroups with regards to almost 100%
overclocking of the Pentium Pro 200 CPU to 233mhz.  As far as I can see
at the Asus Web Site, there are jumper settings available for x3.5, x4
and x5 Clock Multiplier.

Has anyone tried this on the Asus board specifically mentioned above?
And what were your jumper settings?  Are you using FASTVID?  What was
your FASTVID command set and what was your LINEAR FRAME BUFFER ADDRESS?
What were your readings under CBENCH?

Anyways, too many questions?

Thanks in advance!
