Overclocking my ASUS P/I-P55TP4XE?

This mobo has a cache card, as opposed to having it soldered in.  I have
tried to over clock to 200mhz from 166, but the machine won't boot past
the "plug and play" stage in DOS. Intel 430FX chipset.  I am using the
lateset BIOS, which does support 200mhz, and 60ns ram.  Anybody have a
suggestion on how to get this to work?

You may have to bump up the voltage regulator (with jumper settings)
to provide enough power for the CPU. Make sure you're cooling it
enough though or it'll be too unreliable

You might check out Tom's Hardware and Performance Guide, at
http://sysdoc.pair.com.

The subscription information for the recently set up overclockers
mailing list is available on the web site.  Be advised, when I
was on this list it was a *very* high traffic list, but there was
a lot of good information.
