RASCAR New Hampshire...

Just got done running 50 laps on the Practice Server (Thanks John) and am
turning times in the low 31's with a best of 30.965.  How is that stacking up
to others?  I haven't decided if I am going to downshift for the race or not.
Is anyone else doing this?  Or am I out there on my own? :))  I like the
throttle response from downshifting.  When I leave it in fourth, the low rpms
make me feel like im going too slow (lugging the motor) and I end up forcing a
push as I lean on the throttle too early.

I hate the exit from the pits onto the backstretch, as the wall pushes you out
it just seems like a spot for trouble. I thought the setup is good, feels
fairly stable and plenty of room on the top of the track when the car DID push.

just some early in the week thoughts and questions..

I've done 30 laps yesterday, low 31's, occasionally a few tenth faster. Not
an easy track in my opinion, but indeed, the fast setup is good to drive.
Like driving in traffic here, you can break too the racer in front of you.
Tire wear is an issue here, but i trust we'll have enough yellows ;-)
havent experimented with driving aids yet, only use that if i cant avoid
spinning.
