You can try the Kali Server "Where to Race".
Download a trial version from http://www.racesimcentral.net/
You will have 15mins before it times out (just reconnected
to the server when you are booted out).
For $20 USD you can register it. Try paying by VISA
over the internet -- you get your registration key instantaneously :)
You might have slight difficultly in finding an opponent,
but I have seen people playing TOCA there. Too bad the game
is soo hard to find; There would certainly be more players.
