Any good sites out there with laptimes / replays for N2002?
I need some targets to aim for..
Gotta be prepared when I meet DGF online :)

Not really Andre.  Hotlapping is an open-wheel thing :)

1. Keep the car undamaged.
2. Watch the training lesson (was 'watch the replay' in N4) so that
you're fast enough to qualify at least mid pack.  If you have the
slightest idea of the line at that track you'll be ok.

If you do 1 and 2 you'll win about 50% of the time in non-league
pickup races.  1 is the considerably harder goal to aim for.

Thanks for the tips. Practice is certainly in order.. I was just
curious at what other laptimes people were doing, especially at the
roadtracks.

It's not the  driving that's the problem now, but the racing strategy
and pit strategy.. Did a 50lap race at Coca Cola yesterday, qualied
2nd with 43 cars on 85% level (hey, I'm just beginning :) and well..
the race was a disaster. I was constant on the outside, being blocked
by AI cars all around me, so that other AI cars could pass me nicely
on the inside.
Then an accident happend (caused by yours truly) and I still don't
know what I did wrong exactly, but when it was greengreengreen again I
was 1 lap down :-/

***y fun though, racing 3-wide at 240mph :D

It helps the learning curve that Papyrus did such a great job with the AI.
They seem excellent to me.
