GPL frame rate utility

Last year, I came across a GPL utility that allowed to decreased the refresh
rate for the mirrors, which had a wonderful effect on the overall frame
rate. Can't remember the name, can't remember the site, can't locate it
myself.

Anybody has an idea?

Thanks, but it wasn't that one. That one forces one single mirror in the top
centre.

Or don't I know how to use it?

I suppose you don't :)
Edit the file called 'glide.ini' (I believe that's the one). Here you
can change some options, like using the mirror on top, setting the
refresh rate for the mirrors.. the file is well documented, changing
it to your liking should be no problem.
