Converting over All ICR2 tracks to Rendition- (the Velocity way)

Hey Racers,
I'm sure it's old news by now, so this is just a reminder..
If you're tired of racing on the non-rendition ICR2 tracks, the cool
ones that they forgot to upgrade, then make it a priority to check
out:
http://www.racesimcentral.net/

This is the Velocity Motorsports site, and they have figured out how
to dig into the files and upgrade it all yourself.
This applies to converted tracks from N1 as well, yes that means Indy.
Now I'm racing at Mid-Ohio, with the visual quality of the enhanced
Elkhart. Amazing!
If anybody out there has listings of what files they've used to
upgrade their tracks, they should post them. (For the sky in Mid-Ohio
I used the Rend. Michigan, the walls from Elkhart, etc..)

This makes ICR2 that much more enjoyable, funny thing, after all of
these months playing GP2 and N2, I can take Laguna Seca a hell of a
lot faster than usual. Funny thing, practice is'nt all for nothing.
Take care,

Raevyn

I have been experimenting with enhancing the ICR2 non-Rendition tracks
as well. I have been focusing on Indy as of late, but I am trying to
finish them all. Great idea about posting which files used. What would
be good is to tell exactly what files used from each track(ASPHALT.M16
from Michigan Enhanced, HORIZ.M16 from Portaland Enhanced, etc.), and
what lines to add/change in the PCK file. I think this would help
those who just want to get the tracks converted and don't want to
spend time experimenting. Once I get INDY working the way I would
like, I will post which files I used and how to change the PCK file.
