What's the best way to create a N2 shortcut for my desktop?

Go into "my computer", and find the N2 executable you use to start the sim.
Right click on it, and click on "create shortcut". Drag it to your desktop.
From there you can right click it, click on properties, and set it to
either run in dos only, or "suggest ms-dos as necessary" to run in a dos
window in win95.
Hope this helps,

go to the nascar2 folder, right click on nascar2.exe, select copy, go to the
desktop, right click in an open area, select paste shortcut.
