I downloaded mastudio and opened (a copy of)team.mas . "Exported" the
car_detail.bmp and modified it in photoshop. "Imported" it back in to
Team.mas  but now all the bmps show as "data error"... did I miss something
??   is it the mas2file and file2mas applications?? All i want to do is
change some logos and colors....

first thing is that you don't need to import back into *.mas to get into the
game.
Just place the edited .bmp into the same folder and it will work.
