Thanks in advance,

i guess the closest thing is fox & channel 10 combined :). Fox has stacks of
bike racing, car racing etc, but not in a good ratio to ball sports. Channel
10 of corse has the WRC and a bunch of other stuff on sunday arvos... but
its hardly a speedvision.

It depends what you're after. If it's Nascar, US drag racing, IRL,
Nascar, and repeats of the superbikes and GP bikes, then Foxtel is
what you're after. But for me, I'm not interested in any of that and
Foxtel is a big waste of time. Similarly with Optus vision, although
I'm not speaking first-hand.

Stick with 10, it's free, has all the best racing series covered, and
does a good job with it all IMO.

Foxtel is also the only people who show LIVE GP1, 250GP, 125GP, World
Superbikes, World Supersport.

Optus has CART (still?), Foxtel has Nascar and both WSBK and MotoGP (usually
live too.)  Foxtel has drags and speedway occassionally and Optus did have
the Aussie 2.0L's.  Channel 10/SBS seems the best free to air with WRC, ARC,
V8's and SBS's speedweek.  Those in Melbourne who can get Channel 31 should
watch In Pit Lane at 9.30ppm Tuesday nights which covers most motorsports
around the world in the news section and a live studio guest interview each
week.
