How do you work this converter?  I've done it before, but I can't figure out
how to convert my screenshots to tga's.  Seems as if I just dragged the
SS01.pbf over the converter, but that doesn't seem to do anything anymore.

That's strange as that's exactly how it should work. Just "dropping" the
.pbf file onto pbf2tga.exe, i.e. dragging it over the executable and letting
go of the left mouse button.

Maybe it's working and I'm too dull to know it.  Where does it put the
converted file?

Same directory, just with a tga extension.

Are you running GPL in D3D by anychance?
If so that doesn't work. You'll notice that the GPL01ss.pbf files are
0Kb in size.
Get hypersnap it's fast and simple and grabs the pics as jpegs.
