TOCA2 & F1RS

TOCA2 & F1RS

I bought and 'full' installed TOCA2 at the weekend - and I am absolutely
delighted with it. But now I can no longer play F1RS - in Explorer it
just tells me that I have an audio CD in the drive, with 17 music
tracks. I had previously patched to Voodoo 1.09 or whatever the latest
one is. I cant try reinstalling because it says its a music CD! I can
double click the f1rsvoo application in explorer to manually kick it
off, and I get the spinning 3dfx, then the intro Ubisoft video, then
black screen and no activity. Help.
I doubt it is driver related as all was well before TOCA2. I already had
DX6.1 so TOCA2 did not install any of that. I'm sure its something
simple, but all help gratefully accepted!

TIA

In my case, open your CD and close it. Then explorer re-recognize it as
F1RS.
I don't know why, but solution is very simple. :-)

Yeah, fairly sure thats one of the first things I tried, and anyway, I am
certain F1RS normally autoruns, so I get the start menu up automatically. All
other CD's (eg TOCA, TOCA2) still autorun as normal....Any other ideas?
Thanks again....
