Yes please :) It seems that figure-8 tracks works as long as there isn't
any AI. I tried to put my car to rest on the bridge, and it messed up
everything. A problem was that I could see the car through the bride on
replay, and the shadow was on the track itself.

Or Monaco with the "glass wall"

Hehe, i've tried that a lot. I've also done a lot of Scott Stoddarding.
Someone here stated that GPL wasn't any good flightsim, what about boat sim ?

Imola was first used in F1 in 1980.  I'm not sure when the track was built
though. Yeah, Imola is one of the best tracks in F1GP and GP2.  After Senna's
fatal accident there in 1994, they butchered it with chicanes, unfortunately.

To tell the truth, the first F.1 race held on that circuit was the
Dino Ferrari GP, in 1979, just after the Italian GP in Monza, and
before the Canadian GP in Montreal. The "heroes" of that race were
Lauda and Gilles Villeneuve, that battled for many laps, exchanging
positions, until Gilles bumped in Lauda's rear tyre, and broke his
front wing. Lauda went on to win the race, while Gilles had a pitstop
that made him lose a lap (if I remember right). I'll go watch my
Autosprint from that occasion, I remember a Wolf and 2 Alfa Romeo
among the starters

AFAIK, a race at Imola was hold in 1963, Shell GP, and Clark was the
winner, but I don't know much about this.

Imola was first used in '54, and had no chicanes. It really would be an
awesome track for GPL.

Go here for track map: http://www.silhouet.com/motorsport/tracks/imola2.jpg
