When I play this game, 2 things happen, the intro is completely black
(no video with sound) but when I start any race instead of hearing a
voice saying "ready set go" (or any other commentary for that matter)
all I hear is a very low growl (very demonic sounding growl).  The
music from the CD track plays fine, I basically get everything except
for the sound effects.  I do have the sound effects volume turned all the
way up in the configuration menu.  Pretty interesting problem since all
my other games seem to run perfectly fine under Win95.  I'm running
this under Win95, 16 Meg RAM, 2x CD ROM, SB Pro sound card, Trident
1Meg SVGA card.  Please help.

what kind of computer do you have? And what programs do you have running
including the ones in the trey? (by the clock) and in the background?
screen resolution and color level?
ect.
