That's OK; the full game on the Playstation lasts barely longer than 60
seconds (if you ignore the CD-ROM load times :-().
On the other hand, "total destruction" mode is a blast. I haven't laughed
so hard during a game in a *LONG* time...

Not too mention the fact that the Destruction Derby demo only allows
you to play for 60 seconds... I'm not impressed with PC Gamer. It's
mostly adds, many pages are filled with things that I can't tell whether
they are an add or an article, and their objectivitly is suspect (ie. if
it's a bad game will they say it is or do they hype it anyways?). Even
the demos on the CD aren't that great. Most of the demos are fairly
limited, many are games that can't run on my system (whther it needs a
faster computer, or windows 95) and there aren't that many demos
(expecially compared to Computer Gameing World).
I would much rather spend my money on a CD version of COmputer Gameing
World. Where I KNOW the writers are giving honest reviews, and the CD
comes packed with demos. I've still haven't gone through all of the demos
in their November issue yet..

Keep watching the IWCCCARS Project page
(http://www.racesimcentral.net/~iwcc/project.htm) for some new sets,
including the TRUCKS95 and CARS96 sets. Also, you might ask around at
CompuServe -- they have some great sets there too.
