Is there any australian n3online racers, if so when are you where? I check
regurally on the a,b,c,d,e,f rooms and never get a ping better than 270.
Obviously it needs better pings, because that would be great for gpl, just
doesnt seem to work with n3.

Hi Luke,
N3 on-line works fine to the USA from OZ, if you take the time to setup
your modem and DUN etc..
I have raced N3 on-line through Won.net ever since i have had N3, with
very good results..
I also run in a USA based N3 league, and my connections are normally as
good as the guys based in the USA are...
My pings to Won.net are usually in the range from 250 to 350ms and that
has provided me with warp free racing 99 times out of 100..
Don't believe all the tales you see about N3 needing less than a 200ms
ping to have good racing, as it just isn't true..
I am only using a dial-up modem, set at 26400 through BigPond...

Cheers,
Ron

How do you race thru won.net? Is directly thru nascar ala alpha bravo areas,
or via a web browser ala vroc?
