I have no idea where you are working or what you are doing there, but by
default I would have to agree with the bright spark. Downloading drivers for
a *** pc would usually be a bit unusual for a company.
I know that my company has extremely restrictive filters in use for mail &
web. Good, imho, as we are a financial business. Eg. no executables allowed
in mail.

Could someone either send me a different link to the nvidia 21.83 Win 9x
driver, or email me the file itself, please?

I can't get it from the nvidia site, as some bright spark here's decided
that the download is inappropriate use of company equipment, and has blocked
it.
