TOCA and Win 98

Does anyone know of any problems running TOCA under Win98. I've had this
game for a long time but thought it was a big pile of steaming cack and
didn't lay it again. I recently went back to it (having since put on Win98
Beta3) and while the menus load up, the sim itself will not. Any ideas?
