TOCA 2 Demo won't work

I downloaded the TOCA 2 Demo and can't get it to work.  When I get to the setup
screen the 'System info' section is blank also Display device drop down menu is
also blank.  This is where one picks video card.  I have uninstalled and
reinstalled about four times with similar results.  It lets me calibrate my
wheel.  Toca2demo(1)exe is the 19MB file that I downloaded.  The Help screens
included haven't helped me.  GPL is so much fun I shouldn't waste my time on
other games anyway.

I had same problem, never figured it out. If you find a solution, please
post it. I gave up and unistalled it.

I downloaded this demo this weekend and really enjoyed it. Great graphics.  I had no problems with the setup whatsoever.  My machine is a 450 PII and 16mb Banshee card

hi, i had the same problem till i installed DirectX 6.1. .the game ran
fine then.and it's a fun one.

TOCA 2 Demo won't work

Are you using a VooDoo II card and does GPL still work right with DirectX 6.1?
I have been reluctant to install it.
