Nascar demo won't work....

I know it's a little outdated, but I wanted to try the nascar demo and see what it
was like. I d/l'ed it, unzipped it, and I get the message:

"Unable to load ROL(1). Incomplete installation?"

Anybody know what this means? Please help!!
