NR2003 spotter & track.ini question

Am I right in thinking that the following section of a tracks
track.ini file associates sections of track with sections of the
spotters audio so he can tell you where a spin/wreck/slow car is?

If so what's to stop somebody digging out an old Murray Walker F1
recording and putting the proper section/corner names on the converted
road courses such as Spa, Silverstone etc...   ???

num_named_sections = 8

name_0 = 400.05 1579.44 T1
name_1 = 1579.44 2379.54 NCHUTE
name_2 = 2379.54 3558.94 T2
name_3 = 3558.94 4359.04 BSTR
name_4 = 4359.04 5538.43 T3
name_5 = 5538.43 6338.53 SCHUTE
name_6 = 6338.53 7517.92 T4
name_7 = 7517.92 400.05 FSTR

My exact idea of a week ago, in thread "<idea>Custom spotter
packs for specific tracks".  No idea if anyone is going to try this
(it is beyond my meager knowledge), but it would be killer for
the old GPL tracks and all their famous corner names...
