sounds like something else in  win95 is running. check that out first,
make sure nothing is running in the back ground..

Can't help you here, as I tend to run in DOS-mode.

This sounds like you're running out of memory and the replay is being
swapped to disk. How much RAM do you have? 32MB of EDO RAM is about
$75-80 now.
