I haven't seen Virtua Racing yet but I can tell you I have an ACP and am very
happy with it. Looked at the T1 and did not like the pedals or having to use
suction cups or velcro to hold the thing down. With the ACP, pedals and wheels
are mounted on a freestanding, adjustable frame. It is all metal, with
non-skid material on the pedals. The wheel has a better feel than the
T1 (imho) but the real beauty of the ACP is that it has push button shifting
ala current F1 practice. I regularly use WC, ICR, and now NASCAR with it and
have a ball. It does cost more, take up more space than the T1 and is no doubt
heavier, but, to me, it is worth it! BTW, I have found that with the ACP and
flight sticks it was a pain to change cords all the time - got a goody called
the Joyswitch (from Check Six) - now all I have to do is flip a dial to get the
controller I want - check it out!
