Could someone post an explanation of the drivers.txt file and what changing
the numbers will gain a racer.

                                        Thanks, Russ

Everything is documented in the Drivers.txt file. The game actually uses
the drivers2.txt file for running.

Regarding 999 --  what's the point?  to me it's like taking the restrictor
plate off at Taladega. I'd rather race other cars and the fact of being
able to adjust the various values allows you to tune the field as it
changes in real life. It's nice Papy did make this stuff available (same
with track lap times) rather than someone having to hack it.

Just my opinion, I know others like to see how much they can cheat to
set unrealistic times as a challenge. Whatever.

Jeff

I know this.  Change Power, Traction and Aggression to 999 and Drag to
001 and you will have created a MONSTER that will qualify 5 to 6 mph
faster than EVERYONE else.  I've E-Mailed Payprus for details and am
awaiting a response.
