1st off i have V-Sync disabled,no AA,ive unistalled, installed drivers(new
ones and old ones)when i get on the track im at 85 FPS like V-Sync is on but
it is off,i can hit Retore Defaults in the graphics options go back to the
track and im getting 130 Fps like i think i should(the Defaults have more
grapfics turned up than what was running at 85fps,
System is:
MSI K7N2 Delta L
Athon XP 2600(333)
512 pc 2700 ram (333)
windows xp pro
GF3 ti200 128

   The only way you could sustain high fps with that system would be to
replace the video card.  In single car testing with most of the effects
turned off, you should get pretty good results...but the card is just not a
stout enough product to keep producing triple digits with Nr2k3.


1. Nr2003 16x12 or, 1280x960 no change in FPS
