Hi ,

Just a question, Is there any advantages to running games (Auto and
Flight sims) under  Microsoft NT 4.0 ? I have a P5 200 MMX and 64 meg
of ram 3DFX (Canopus) and most of the other stuff. Just wondering if I
should make the move now or wait for NT 5.0 ???

Thanks in advance.....

NT 4.0 doesn't have any direct support for hardware control (ala DOS).
NT5.0, will have better support for games in the NT or Win95/98
environment (meaning that the game/sim must be written to use DirectX).
DOS games which access the hardware directly will not be supported in
NT.
