Where To Download New GPL Converted Tracks?

I have GPL and Nascar 2 but not N2 99 or ICR2. Only 2 tracks  from N2 are
allowed to be converted with the GPL converter. Is there any place to download
the other tracks from N2 99 and ICR2 to add to my 2 other new tracks? TIA
