This e-mail has been scanned for all known viruses by a fish called Colin.
If so, contact ASUS (or your dealer, depending on how ASUS does support
these days) and tell them you have issues and maybe it can be sent in and
updated.
There are board-level changes made from time to time that BIOS updates
cannot overcome.
