This isn't completely true... Some people are having no problems with
the MSFF wheel and Nascar2.

Just because N99 does not have FF does not mean the wheel will
not work. In fact it very well could work. It just won't do any FF stuff.

Yes, N99 supports the MS FF Wheel.  No, it doesn't have any force
feedback effects.

I couldn't get my MS wheel to work with N2 (if anyone knows the
secret, please let me know, as N99 doesn't support multiplayer).  It
works great with N99, though.

The N99's DOS EXEs support multiplayer.  For what it's worth I've had no
problems with N2 recognizing the MS FF wheel in N2.  Not that it will be
much help to you, but I didn't have to do anything special, it just
worked on the first try...
