The solution to my problem was to check the "Don't sync buffer swaps to
monitor refresh rates" box in my Voodoo2 settings. If you don't have
this option in your Voodoo2 properties, download the Reference Control
Panel, and you'll have it. If you can't find where to download it from,
I can e-mail it to you. (I downloaded it a long time ago).
It may not help your specific problem, but it worked for me.
BTW, my 2 Voodoo2 cards are STB BlackMagic and V2-1000.
