When I try to customize my controls on ICR2, the screen flashes and the
control turns to "MOUSEX" with a arrow pointing leftb beside it, it does
this for all the controls and now I can't play!!!!! How do I fix this??

Sounds like you need to get the latest patch. Here is the info from
Sierra's webpage:
ftp://ftp.sierra.com/pub/sierra/patches/sports-sim/icr101_2.exe
Fixes problem with mouse being automatically selected for controls. Also
fixes yellow flag problem with race order being corrupted, and
understeering problem after driving a long time. This patch upgrades
version 1.1 of the game to version 1.2. It will not work with the CD-ROM
installation of the game. Please make certain that you are using version
1.1 of the game, as this patch will not work with version 1.0.
If you have version 1.00 just get
