Hi,

I was wondering if there are any drivers out there who use a joystick and
drive without any aids. Is it possible to drive 1:21 's with joystick?

My best is a 1:25:032.

I'm in the 1:24:xxx and a friend is in the 1:23 ...we are competing to
see who will get the lowest time... I saw some times of 1:21 and 1:22
made with a joystick (CH something)...I am using a Gravis analog
joystick and its really not the best thing to have... the margin of
error is so low (without steering help) that I barely can run two
consecutive laps without spinning (I'M talking hot laps here)

I'm supposed to make my own wheel next week... I hope I can
arrange something good. I have no clue how to make the pedals though
If someone has plans or something please post them to me

I do a 1:24:010 on Moza using a Logitech Wingman. I setup the car with
as much oversteer as I can handle, so you can maximize speed in the fast
corners.

My best is 1.22.2?? (but i must confess i'm only racing monza....)

I'm using a gravis analog pro. I like it very much. I've also a MS
sidewinder 3d pro but i don't like that one! Yesterday i raced with a
friend with a direct link and i was using the sidewinder. I couldn't get it
under 1.27.xxx ! (after about a hundred spins)

(BTW, a direct link slows you PC very much down!!!!we're using a P166+ 32
MB EDO, PB, et6000 and a P150+ 16Mb s3 trio v64 and we had to use VGA!!!!)

I must admit... I have the game for less than a week now and my best
time is in the 1m 25s...using...the KEYBOARD
The only aid used was the X-mission...

I need a T2 BAD!!!
