TOCA crashes in Win98.

I was pretty sure I read here about TOCA crashing in Win98. Well, mine hangs
everytime I end a race and choose the no option. (I haven't tried the yes
yet). Has anyone come up with a fix for this? Does anyone know if there is
even such a thing?? Maybe a patch......not the Codemasters patch either,
makes my graphics VERY choppy.....is available. I tried running Norton's
crashguard but it makes no difference at all.
    Any help would be cool.

I don't seem to be havnig any problems with this with the demo in Windows 98
