I hope so....but remember that although GP3 and GP500 are both published by
Microprose, they are infact made by totally different development
teams........
By all acounts GP3's gfx should (not will) be far better simply because it
is currently (AFAWK) only 60'ish% complete, so in 6 months time when the gfx
of GP3 are finalised it should be much better.
But how much better than GP500 can you get?
Well, you can get rid of those jagged diagonal lines on some of those
trackside objects for a start. And then increase the resolutions of the bike
textures eg, Round logos on bikes/cars look round even close up. In 6 months
time hopefully we'll have new 3D harware that will allow GP3 (and all other
new games) to be as photorealistic as possible.
I expect GP3 to be great, but I'm not holding my breath.

Since the specs so far have outlined pretty bad multiplayer support, I
personally couldn't care one way or another.
