I am considering purchasing a force feedback wheel.  The two I am
considering are the Logitech and the Microsoft Force Feedback Wheels.  I
would appreciate any comments on  the two wheels??

I bought the MS wheel and promptly returned it. I did not like the gear
button
placements. My wrists were very uncomfortable trying to keep my hands in
the proper place while steering. I would actually hear and feel my wrist
joints
snap.

Several months later after I got a new PC with USB, I got the logitech FF
USB wheel. Total kick ass. Nothing more to say :-)

In fairness though I did like the FF a little better in F1RS while using
the MS wheel, but the wheel was impossible to drive.

Some people complain about the Logitech pedals. I like them.

There are romours about MS releasing a new FF-wheel soon (I heard
February???).
Maybe it would be wise to wait until then.
I used the Saitek (which is based on MS-FF and should be quite comparable to
the actual MS-wheel) and the LWFF. I like the Saitek FF better than the
Logitech and if the MS-gear levers were not crap, I guess this would be my
wheel. Maybe the new one will show some improvements!?
