I'd like to thank you guys for taking the time out to respond to my
question, but still can't get it to work. I updated the drivers for the
soundcard as well last night but it didn't make a difference. I sent an
email to sierra support as well. We'll see if they have any suggestions. The
only other thing I can think of doing is actually calling them.
