But to get the parts in the first place you need to register your controller
using it's serial number. Try it!

i did...but a message box say that it's my warranty is over...call
at.......
i try to e-mail.....without success....they don't answer !

My T2 is still "working" but you would hardly recognize it after all the
modifications I made to keep it running. It lasted about 2 years and while
it still works it's very sloppy. My Nascar Pro is about a year old and i
have added a new bungee cord, springs and pots. I had to re-wire the buttons
because the factory wiring broke.
After almost 3 years of sim racing I'm ready for a serious wheel. I think
I'm going to stay with it <g> My dilema now is, will FF be worth it or
should I get a quality wheel without FF. Money is still an issue.

While talking with Thrustmaster on the phone, it seems that they felt
too many folks were "stockpiling" parts by taking advantage of ordering
them for free over their web page service. Therefore, they have
basically only allowed web ordering of parts that they feel most people
have been ordering for actual replacement. You can still get some parts
sent for free, but it looks like you will have call their tech support
number. You may still have a long wait, but of late, the waiting time
has been a lot shorter than in the past.
