Motoracer 2 w/ Voodoo 3? Does it work?

I can't get Motoracer 2 to work w/ my voodoo 3 AGP, sb128, win 98, and
p3 450 setup. I have installed the patch, but the program crashes right
before  it gets to the race part. Any help here? Has anyone got this
working with the voodoo 3?

Works fine w/ my V3, no patch.  DX 6.1.  Q3 test drivers.
