PC crashes while hosting N2002

I'm just wondering if others are having this problem.  I've been running
N2002 for a while, and it seems my pc only crashes when I'm hosting a race.
In the middle of the race, my screen will go blank, and the little light on
the monitor will turn orange, signifying no signal from the video card.  My
system:

P4 2.0a NW
Asus P4B266
768mb PC 2100 Crucial DDR
VisionTek GF4 Ti4600 driver v.28.32
SB Audigy

I thought I may have heat issues, so I just went bought a new case and psu.
Its a LianLi PC 70 case with a new Enermax 350w power supply.  The case has
loads of fans, so I think I'm good there, the internal temperature is about
95deg.F

Also I'm using OpenGL drivers in N2002.

Any ideas?
