Could someone please explain the Power, traction, aggression numbers in the drivers.txt file for ICR2.  

Secondly, is there any site that has ICR2 setups, The Pits doesn't appear to have too many.  Thanks.

Two websites that I found good setups at the Internet Indy Car Challenge
website and Indycar Racing 2 Setups.  You should be able to findseveral
excellent setups (most are for qualifying though) on these sites.

Setups for Indycar Racing 2
Here are a selection of setups for all 16 Indycar tracks (including Indy) to help you on your way to breaking all those records... :)

Note:Performance varies according to the temperature levels, try adjusting the shocks and the cockpit sliders if the setups don't work for you. Adjusting the Tyre pressures slightly may also help.
