Is there a blank car templet for NR 2003?

I want to make a couple of custom paint jobs for some friends.
I was hoping for a templet with all of the body lines intact.
This is my first try at this. Can anyone suggest any good sites or docs to
help out a newbie to the Paintshop.
I want to export the tga file to Photoshop and do the edit there. Any
inherent problems with this method?
Lots to learn!  >;)
