Why do people always attribute stuttering and CTD's to the game and not
their setup?  If this guy can't figure out how to run the setup.exe instead
of the setup_german.exe I doubt he knows how to configure his computer
properly.  And the only complaints he seems to have about the game is that
he sucks at it, lol.

Because for those who doesn't read news offline, a proper news reader
(not counting OE here) sends the message to the newsserver at
once. And there is a slight delay between all the newsservers around
the world.
