Rendition ICR2-3D Turbo Mode

This doesn't get talked about much, so I figured I'd throw it out
here.  Turbo mode allows you to run ICR2-3D at 50-60 fps (at least on
my P133), albeit with a corresponding compression of real-time (sort
of the GP2 slow-motion in reverse ;).  Try it, it's fun!  But it only
works with the Rendition-ready ICR2-3D.

Straight from the ICR2-3D README...

Alt-T:   Timer toggle ('Turbo mode'): When the timer is 'off', the
physics runs at the frame rate: it will be slower than
reality at less than 30 frames/sec, and faster than reality
at greater than 30 frames/sec.  Advantage of 'off' is when
the timer is on, the frame rate cannot exceed 30 fps.  Can
cause sound problems, especially in big crashes with lots
of smoke and dirt where the frame rate becomes low.  Should
NOT be used in dual / multiplayer mode.  This is a 'for
fun / showing off' feature only and comes with no warranties.

Before you send me UCE, I know what you're thinking...  Did he complain
to five or six postmasters last month?  Now, you must ask yourself one
question: "Do I feel lucky?"  Well, do you, punk?

on any Pentium :)

There is no problem we can't ignore if we really put our minds to it.
