Superbike-SidewinderPP+CH Pedals

Been playing the demo of EA World Superbike Championship, and decided I
needed to update my aging Wingman joystick to a Sidewinder Precision Pro.
Problem is, I then realised - doh! - that using the Wingman with my CH
Pedals was actually quite a good combination for the game. Unfortunately my
Sidewinder wont work in conjunction with my CH Pedals. I assume this is
because ones digital and the others analog? Am I correct in that there is no
way to get these to work together? - if so - I've been a bit hasty as I dont
really need a joystick for much else. I have a wheel for GPL.
Also - I have windows 95C (includes USB support) but it appears the
Sidewinder Precision Pro requires Windows98 regardless - if you want to use
the USB connector - can someone confirm that?

You do need Win98 for USB controller support with  the Sidewinder line.
Also, there is no way to get external rudder or throttle support with
Sidewinder controllers.
