Rendition Version of Nascar2

Now that everybody whose interested in a 3D card and racing sims has bought a
Reactor card (mine's on order) I was wondering if Sierra/Papyrus has made a
firm decision on whether or not Nascar2 will be Rendition ready right out of
the box.  My fear is that Sierra will notice that Reactor is selling well and
pretty much everyone that I mentioned above has one, Sierra will***Reactor
owners and bundle the Rendition version of Nascar2 with their 3D card only thus
forcing people to buy their card.  I say this because they have not made a
patch or anything else for Indycar 2 owners to upgrade to the Rendition version
for those who bought Creative Labs Rendition Card.  Any info on this please.

The original plan was for it to be.  Apparently the Rendition Ready
executable and microcode files are already being worked on, as a beta
is on Rendition's ftp site (it's useless, as you need the full version
of Nascar2 to run it).
