Congratulations!

I remember the euphoria I experienced after my first ever AI win (at
Silverstone). I printed out a screen capture of me taking the
chequered flag and showed it to everyone who came by to visit for at
least a week! Sad but true.

When I finally got past Clark at Monza with several laps to go my hands
were shaking so bad I could hardly keep control.  Still have all the
screenshots and lap times saved.  What a great game.

It's a great feeling of accomplishment, isn't it Doug..
How many sims can do that to you. ?
I think GPL does a terrific job of trying to give us the feeling of
what it was like to drive a 1967 F1 car, not to mention the immersion
factor of the whole program.
I still remember my first win over Clark and Brabham at Zandy,  what a
feeling..  :)
I know it is very hard to go back to another sim now, after
experiencing the GPL physics engine.
Damn, i wish we had a CART 3 with this engine, i would be in heaven..  
(well close to it anyway)

Well done! I remember my first win - I got so e***d I posted a 65k
binary of the newspaper to r.a.s... doh :-)
