I need a list of what Nascar2 will defenatly have over nascar1.

I have found out that N2 will have the ability to hookup to a LAN to race up to 8
oponants. Is this true?

I have found out that N2 you will be able to drive behind the wall. Is this true?

Graphics are almost naturally obviouse, they will be improved.

What has been siad about N2 that is DEFENATLY included ? Is the real question that I
need to know and waether or not the LAN thing is true. I DONT want to hear of things
that You know to be true but have no proof of.

Thanks

I'd like to hear some MORE thins too.

Here are a few things.

1.A Spotter will be in the game to help ya whe n there is a crash.
2.There will be a crew chief to tell ya things like your tires are
gone, low on fuel.
3.There is a TOW Truck.
4.Talladega, Dover, & Phoenix are being TOTALLY redone.

AND MUCH MUCH MORE!

Check "Sim Racing News": http://www.math.ohio-state.edu/~harmon/simnews/

There is alot of Hawaii/NRL/Nascar2 info in thier May thru July issues, even
an interview with Adam Levesque from Papyrus. The July issue states that
Nascar2 will run 8 players on an IPX network (in the Network Racing Column).

As for the lan option it's already availible in Nascar I.  Type nascar -n goto
multi-player choose direct connect and enter the logon name for your opponent.  One
choose dial and the other choose answer.  The answering computer is in control.  It's a
shame they had no documentation for an option that has been there all along.  I race
across a novell net and it works great.

There was no documentation for it because Papyrus felt the feature was
incomplete and did not want to have to support it.  Which is a wise
business decision.  They have also been kind enough to inform the public
that it was there via their posts here.  In my opinion another wise
business decision.  We get it, they don't have to pay for tech support.
It was a freebie!
