The game is not in the shops at thursday the 14.12.95 in germany.
Maybe GPII is earlier availabel in the shops then ICRII ?!

In this way, I wouldnt spend a buck for ICRII, cause of the badest  
marketing I have ever seen. As good as the programmers of papyrus are, as  
bad is their marketing. It doesnt wonder, that they are sold.
