Talladega problems with my 5x86/Stealth VRAM

I recently upgraded my computer with a Am5x86 and a Stealth 64 VRAM
card.  I am overclocking it to 3 x 50Mhz.  Nascar runs with great frame
rate with all graphics on except grass.  Drivability is much great.  The
problem is that on Talladega, the car lacks speed and I can only get up
to 170 mph on the end of the backstretch.

Anyone else experience this problem?
