Bristol.txt file help needed

I must have a problem with my text file for Bristol. AI only qualifies at 64
mph. I ran N2HQ_BGN and "legalized" tracks. Can someone please help me out with
the correct settings for RELS, BLAP etc. Something not right. The RELS is set
at 80, at BLAP at 10000. Thanks
